I get over 200 ping and frequent dcs when playing on the NA server. I actually live in JP, so my ping would improve.
I dont have much info but I assume the skill level is extremely low, and I dont want to go to JP server and play AD 
and still go 50-0, ruining the game for new players. Its so unfair. And Im not going to troll around and suicide, then theres no point.
What should I do?
Fondling Gems2 votesAt most you would just rise in rankings a bit then be matched with people of equal skill.
It comes down to
A) do you want to spend money moving your account / making a new one for lower ping
And B) are you willing to adapt to a different playstyle? Each region has their own meta and strategies that other regions don't use. I don't know much about JP though.
