Shiny floors???

Like any semi-obsessed League player, I've been watching the LCS a lot recently, and live most of the time. Through all of the impressive (and less so) plays, there is one burning question in my mind that stands out to me all of the time, haunting my dreams like a fed Nocturne and invading my thoughts like a Rek-sai stealing my red.

Is the floor of the complex really THAT shiny??? It looks really shiny, and I can't tell if it's the lighting or the camera, and I know personally floors are a pain to keep really shiny. Actually, overall, there seems to be a lot of really polished mirrored surfaces. Anyone have some feedback on this?
