Nocturne Ult Clarity

I've been playing a lot of Nocturne recently, and had a few thoughts/questions regarding his ult. Here's a couple of scenarios I've found myself in:

1. Ult, then dash to enemy Talon. Talon immediately ults. I find myself in the middle of his blade thingies with no aural confirmation of a hit.

2. Ult, then dash to enemy Tahm Kench. Right before I hit the Kench, he flashes over a wall. I stop at the wall, then somehow phase through it a second later. Again, no aural confirmation of a hit.

Also, what would happen if you ult an enemy Shen but he ults away right before you hit him, do you switch directions and follow Shen, or end up at his last known location? (Would apply to Teleport too) Anyone know what the specific rules are regarding stealth and terrain with Paranoia? Would help me out a lot!

Stealth messes up a lot of targeted abilities.

Have you ever tried to Death Mark Vayne who goes invisible mid animation? Personally, I can't tell the difference between the floor and the ceiling when it happens.
