Yes, that would be a Help & Support thread, because that looks like a connection issue even though your internet seems to be working elsewhere.
Please head over to the Connection Troubleshooting Log Reader. There, you can submit the Network logs from your match(es) and the log reader will show if you were having ping spikes and packet loss.
It will then will direct you to solutions. Please work through the solutions it suggests, and if you need assistance or they do not work come back here and we'll try to help.
You can also narrow down the source of latency or packet loss by downloading the WinMTR Network Diagnostic Tool, then use that to run a traceroute to the following IP (allow this to run for 5-15 minutes);

as i said before. it was not on my end lol. i was watching a movie as the game said attempting to reconnect. people were typing and i could se their messages and their bodies moving next to me. before i even connected, or was in champ select, it had fucked up entirely and the scren went black because i clicked on my mastery page too fast.
Deep Terror Nami2 votesI know you think it isn't on your end, but being able to see their messages just means there is data incoming; that doesn't mean data is getting out. If you are unable to reconnect I recommend exiting the match then performing the flush DNS step in the troubleshooting article, then attempt to reconnect.

ive dced before. but this time it wasnt my fault entirely. i had no control over the game. i was legit watching people walk next to me and all of my other sites were working. the game had fucked up in client and before the game even began
