I say no, because people will still pull their own, less reputable, stats.

"Vayne won 17 out of the last 20 games I was in with her. That's an 85% win rate! Nerf her now!"

No, because the champions people QQ about don't even generally have good winrates.

If you FORCED people to look at winrate sites, if anything, you'd probably get fewer QQ threads.

Might be less FOTM bandwagons, but it would just result in people QQing about whatever champions beat them most recently.

Lol no. If we didn't have numbers to look at, we'd have to decide what is and what isn't OP based on how people feel when playing against them. And we all know that the League community as a whole is spot on in terms of what is OP and what is terrible. "I played to all of Lee Sin's strengths and he beat me. Gut this retarded champ!"
