Just curious to see how you guys think I can improve
I'll note this; Some of the games in that match history are with friends who are high silver/low golds, but some are also solo queue with all the other bronzies like myself :^)
Your biggest issues are:
[1] Last-hitting. Minions are the most consistent source of gold and experience in the game, so you are setting yourself behind rather badly if you miss that many of them.
Personally, I think you seem to be spreading yourself rather thin (at least in normals). While learning about every role is useful, I'd recommend narrowing your focus if you wish to climb.
You seem to be playing Jungle and ADC in ranked, so I'd recommend you keep picking those roles in your normal games to practice. I'd recommend selecting one to three champions in each of those two roles and to focus on practicing them. Also, you should learn at least one support champion for whenever you are autofilled.
