Why the Champion Mastery leveling system hates me.

So... I went into a game planning to level my Ashe CM, but someone said they couldn't mid (weird eh) so I was just like "No sweat, I mid too, I'ma just go Ahri mid, go bot." (they dominated bot fortunately,) and I dominated my lane against LeBlanc.

Y'see, that isn't my problem. My problem is that I got a PERFECT KDA, but only an A rank. But I got a like, 4/6/13 KDA as Sona once and got S+...

Why Rito. Why.

All I wanted was that S rank for Ahri to match my perfect KDA and how good I felt dominating that game (I worked really hard too... ;-;)

EDIT: People are taking this post as me QQing about CM. It isn't! :3 I guess I was just shocked at how I got an S rank with Sona when i feel I did better as Ahri this game. I'm not mad like "OH I HATE YOU RITO I'LL NEVER PLAY AGAIN", this was more of a "if it doesn't work with KDA how does this thing work exactly?"

You have less than 50% Kill participation on that Ahri game where (I can't find 4/6/13 in your match history so i assumed it's the 5/7/15 sona game) u had 61% kill participation, highest on team.

It's more than KDA... if that's the only thing you bring up when considering your grade, then of course you're going to be confused. This isn't League of KDA.

Also less than 100 cs in a 20 minute game might have something to do with it. How much did you ward and all that crap?

zz Its because it was a 20 minute game, they surrendered. Meaning you didn't have enough objectives taken to get a better grade probably.

What i have noticed your grade mainly relies on how many objectives you have taken and your KDR. You had the KDR part down, but I doubt you took enough objectives for the other half to get dat S

People keep confusing KDA with an S grade... I got an S in my Anivia top game, so clearly we are being graded on how many times you ice wall a Sion ult.

7 wards and 94 cs by 20 min isn't exactly an S game. KDA is nice but doesn't win games.
