My old formula was Situps = 50 - # of kills. Pushups = 10 * # of deaths. Jumping jacks = 100 - # of Assists. I was a support main. I did a lot of situps.

Maybe add things per how many kills/deaths/assists you get, and adding something for winning a game too. Otherwise this is really great.

I used to do 25 after losing once. Good days...
