Yasuo's ult, Last Breath, is meant to be a reference to Last Whisper (I am assuming, at least) because they both grant armor pen. But why use Last, but not Whisper?

I suggest you change it to Final Breath instead of Last Breath. That way it can be Final Breath and Last Whisper instead of Last Whisper and Last Breath.
