this latest banwave is pathetic. banning people for getting upset in a competition?

i thought they want LoL to be like a sport? well in any competitive sport emotions run high. people trash talk. they yell at their teammates and taunt their opponents. it happens in every spont that i have ever seen. and what is the big deal? it is all part of what makes competing great.

riot wants us to be like 'good try buddy!' every time our support feeds the enemy adc again and again and a 'well played sir' to that adc as he collects his free gold. that is not how competition works. it is not how anything works in the real world.

instead of making LoL more like a sport you are making it more like the 1st grade olympics where everyone gets a medal and everyone is a winner. its sad.

yea but the teammates in real sport are friends. in the lcs voice chat you hear them trashtalk aswell. trashtalking to randoms isnt funny sry

I dare you to say what got you banned in an actual sporting event you are in.

Hell, say it in a store, to your teacher or boss, to your SO.

Then I want you to post the video of what happens afterward.

This isn't a sport though, it's a video game. If you can't play games to have fun then don't play games, I don't care how many people defend this being a sport it's not.

That is why I refer to LoL as "Moba: Pre-school edition" Nothing but spoiled petulent children completely full of themselves, no care for anyone but themselves and they have a complete tantrum when they dont get THIER way. Had people throw a fit because I didnt run in to my death when they wanted to, saw people throw fits when their teammates got more kills then they did. Didnt play the champ they wanted, didnt play at the skill level they expected (Platinum goes into bronze, proceeds to expect all bronze players to play at THIER platinum level, even if on a bronze smurf)

Want a real Esport, Play smite. I do and I find I enjoy my games alot more. People actually have a backbone and while you cant "/all chat" a bit of light trash talk isnt gonna get you immediately banned because some spoiled kindergardener who thinks they are LCS can dish it out but cant take it.

Combine this with the fact I just got off a 60+ minute wait time (before giving up and logging out) for a Ranked match. Waited for well over an hour and it didnt find a single match. LoL has finally broke the game, and its a sinking ship. (almost replaced that P with a T in ship....lol)

Overwatch, Paragon, Lawbreakers, Supernova Looking towards all of those so I can finally Uninstall League, enjoy smite and let the spoiled rats have thier sinking ship of a Moba.
