Afk's getting out of control

Seriously, I just finished my 21th game in a row where their wa a form of afk on my team. Why doesn't riot do something about this...

I can understand 2-5 games. It happends all the time. But a 21 streak & that counting only on my team is just ridiculous. If this happends in 21 times in a row on my team it should happen equaly to the enemy team right. Honnestly what's left from the game if this shit happends all the time.
