why does zac suppot have to be a thing?

So. did a game as VS . zac support is SO annoying. as he outranges with his CC you rarely know what he is up to. and I always have bad luck with supports.... AA/CS when I'm around. never use fear in lane and just sit there. sometimes just CS in lanes alone after laning or ult in a 1v5 point blank. so went 0/8/probably not much. but that's by the end. when fiddle had 6 deaths I had 2 or three. so questions here? why is fiddle support a thing why is zac support a thing why is cassiopia support a thing why do fiddle supports tend to die a lot/afk/autoattack. what to do to lower the salt levels of off meta supports being so oppressive/low skill. would just sit in a bush and outrange in the lower levels then hypercarry in the end outranges with long CC/displacement extreme tank in the end ...have yet to see one use Q. kinda just sits there taking minions. usually the cannon but me being me I am not willing to flame specific people so...nothing was said.
