So why is it that they are the only class who gets to be called "carries" meanwhile, mages and juggernauts can carry a team just fine but they aren't called APCs or JCs or whatever. When Ziggs went bot lane everyone went crazy over it saying mages can't go bot lmao. I just want a new meta. Please.
Erm, not sure about NA, but in EU it's pretty standard to call mages APC (usually the midlaners).

Yes they are. Mages didn't traditionally go bot for more than just not being called carries. They tend to be immobile, so the shortest lane that's the hardest to gank is fine. They offer a lot as far as objective control goes, so they can easily get to blue buff, dragon, or rift harold. They can either roam top or bot to gank for them. They tend to be more reliant on levels, so solo lane xp is good. They have good wave clear, so they can hold off sieges well or clear a wave to go roam.
Because they are carries by nature.
All mages aren't carries. All juggernauts aren't carries either.
