Why do i keep getting banned? seriously? what?

Back ground and context: I used to be toxic, so id get banned pretty often, so i decided to quit being toxic, and thought about life and realized everyone has emotions, and lifes too short to get mad over a game and put others down. I quit, i am not longer toxic, and i am a good team mate, BUT i was never a troll in game play, i always tried my hardest.

Now that you understand, i am no longer toxic, unless you consider me pointing out irony when someone harasses me such as "HEY KING UR FEEDING U SUCk", and ill say "ah yes, i have least deaths you have most i am feeding sure" but i dont consider that toxic, i usually mute them too. Well since i am not toxic anymore, and i am pretty respectful and such, why am i getting another chat ban? I literally say nothing most of the time, and i try to make calls to carry in ranked but not anymore because i am chat banned.

I look at my email, there is no email about my chat ban, and guess what now? I play some ranked yesterday do okay, call it quits for the night, play some norms, dont talk because chat ban, get on today meet a premade of 4 and i play with them (they are firends now) after that game i GET BANNED FROM RANKED 35 GAMES.

WHY AM I GETTING BANNED? WHEN IM DOING NOTHING WRONG

CAN YOU STOP BANNING ME FOR NOTHING

LITERALLY DOING NOTHING WRONG AND U KEEP BANNING ME. AT LEAST GIVE ME A REASON I DONT TALk I DONT TROLL WHY AM I GETTING BANNED?!!??!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!

chat restrictions are based off of reports since its a bot. more times reported higher chance of chat ban

You can try to request your chat logs through a Support Ticket.

Try not to even point out a toxic person's hypocrisy. A toxic person is far more likely to get upset and report you right back. It's best not to speak to them at all.

I Sent a ticket in this is the BS i get. so many fking lies

How can you tell me you cant give logs? when all my other REAL TOXIC CASES i got logs for (hardly even toxic, i got banned for saying FUCK SHEN, in team chat (he was enemy) and not the player, but the champion)

While the Tribunal is in recess, we're unable to provide specific chat logs or reform cards for chat restrictions. I'd be happy to help clarify what's going on but it's important to note ahead of time, we will not be removing or reducing the number of chat restrictions placed on an account

We've investigated your account and found higher than average levels of toxicity as a result of your actions in the matches you play. As a result, we have decided to place chat restrictions on your account to help you adjust your behavior in-game.

Our chat restriction system is in place while the Tribunal is currently in extended maintenance while the Development team works on improved features and enhancements.

The chat restriction system works by analyzing recently played games on your account. This doesn't take into account the amount of time that passes between games, which prevents players from simply waiting out punishments. Additional chat restrictions may be placed after your first round is complete if there is no visible improvement in behavior. It's possible to receive punishments harsher than chat restrictions should toxic behavior persist (including temporary and permanent suspensions).

It's important to remember that there is no excuse for being rude to others. If you think other players are intentionally trolling, then be sure to report them at the end of the game. Arguing with them in-game is rarely an effective tactic. If you're having a bad game, insulting your teammates doesn't help them improve, and it won't help you win the match. If you're not going to say anything nice, don't say anything at all.

If an argument is getting heated within the game, you have a few options. You can hide [ALL] chat, mute individual players, or move the chat box away from the screen.

Every game was me building normal and within reason, whats the issue? Why am i banned from ranked?

don't stand up for yourself. if someone is being abusive towards you don't say anything or you will get reported. keep totally silent and tell on them at the end. that is how the new system is set up.
