Perma banned, havent been banned for MONTHS

I was slightly toxic when i got back, but i toned down a ton. People were harassing me for being bad all game every game i played because it was my first time back in months, and in the games i played i havent gotten banned in weeks.

I would say things like "!! ??" " LOOL" and thats about it.

I now have a perm banned for responding to the insanely toxic community i was so politely welcomed back to. I didn't even realize the system would PERMA ban me for such trivial things.

Is there anything i can do to recover my account? This is bs. i've spent lots of money, made tons of great friends (which ill never see again because of this) all for nothing, because i said VERY trivial things about TWO times at players who were actually TOXIC to me.

This has to be a joke.

121 days since my last game, so it didnt go down a level.

It would at least be nice if i could get back on my account, and briefly explain to friends why i cannot play ever again. But i guess you cant even access it.
