Should I buy?
I have 3150 IP and was thinking of buying shen, but wondering if worth saving up for a 4800 champ. Thoughts, anyone?

Save your IP for runes, unless of course you have all the proper runes. If not, BE BOLD! I would save for a 4800, easier to get to 3150 again.
