Can getting a better mouse improve your play?

I'm currently playing with a cheap best buy microsoft mouse. Which is small and uncomfortable. It also isn't very precise and makes it very hard to position well. Trying to move ever so slightly in one direction can cause me to jerk really far into that direction and make my position off. This is only really a problem when I'm playing ADC. Are there any larger more comfortable more precise mouses that are good for league? P.S I use to play with an old large Dell wired mouse that broke, I think it was better for this game.
