Riot says 1% trolls\toxic. I say 10%. In practice, in the community it seems to be closer to my number than theirs. I have seen people post accounts that have OVER 30 lost games in a row (KDA 0/0/0 no build). Riot does nothing. 1 troll\booster played and destroyed 30 games. Ruined the experience of no less than 4 other players per game. 120 games down the toilet. At an average 35 minutes a game, that is 70 hours of play time ruined by one account. Think about how bad this is even if RIOT is right. With the size of their player base, there is nearly 300,000 trolls\toxic players that play at least 2 games a day and screw with 4 team mates per game.

How's that TRIBUNAL coming? Skip the tribunal revamp and drop the punishment for leaving games early after getting trolled. At least you won't waste my time, and trolls won't have a victim to prey on. (for long)
