Re-selling Urf Warwick

When i first started this game back in 2014, the first champ i played and the champ that i grinded up to level 30, was warwick. He is and always will be my favorite champ; there is only one problem though, the only skin that i really want for him, the one that i need, is Urf the Manatee. Unfortunately, you all have not made it available since its original release in 2010 before i started playing. Is there any possibility that the skin could become available in the future, or, if my benevolent rito is feeling generous, gifting the skin to my account, so that i may finally have peace.
