Formal Application to balance team
Hello Riot Games, My name is Austin and id like to make a formal request to add me to the balance team. To prove how good i can be to ur team, i have come up with a mini patch notes that makes some changes to strong champions in the meta right now to fix them.
: added melee only. cost lowered to 2500 gold
"it has come to our attention that this item isn't being used in its intended purpose, on tanks to keep themselves on their engage target, but instead on ranged champions with high mobility (viktor,ez) so we have decided that making it melee only will shift that focus back to its designed focus for tanks. we have also lowered the cost to make it a more desirable option for said tanks. we will keep an eye on it in the future and make changes as necessary."

Q: the darkin blade: removed reduced damage to minions early. lowered ad scaling from 50-75% AD on first hit, 68.75-93.75% on second hit, and 82.5-112.5% AD on third hit to 30-75% on all hits. increased damage 5-25 at all ranks to compensate.
E:Umbral Dash: passive healing down 5% all ranks from champions (non champion healing unchanged)
W: Purge: shield scales with less% bonus health down from 30% to 20%, cooldown changed from 17-9 to 20-8 seconds
"with urgot becoming so tanky with his items currently the shield he gets from activating his w is making it too difficult for laners to punish. so we've toned down his scaling on his w and increased the cooldown early to give laners a more prominent window to punish urgot when it is on cooldown.
Q:Winds of war: gust magic damage lowered from 70-210 to 60-200; ratio lowered from 75%- 60%, tornado tick damage ratio increased from .66% per 100 AP per tick to 1% per 100 AP per tick
E: Justice Punch: AP ratio lowered from 90%- 75%
"Galio is one of those difficult champions to balance. either he's too strong and is played solely as an AP burst mage or too weak and is built as a full tank, both of which are not what we had planned with his rework. The plan is that this will make the AP burst galio just weak enough that people shy away from full AP but also away from full tank."
Passive: Way of the wanderer: critical strike dmg reduction increased from 10% to 15%
Q: Steel tempest: scaling decreased from 100% to 80%. critical strike damage reduction halved if crit is from q
R: Last Breath: regains 50 flow instead of 100, ratio decreased from 150% bonus AD to 125%, bonus armour penetration timer decreased from 15 seconds to 8 seconds.
" Ah Yasuo, everyone loves to hate him, for good reason too, since while he was fine earlier with the old ADC items, and how the meta was at that point, his dmg is now a little bit too high for this point in the game. We are dialing back his power slightly to fit the current state of the game. We are also lowering the time that he gets the bonus armour pen as fights as yasuo usually do not last long enough for him to get the full benefit from it, and, to put it simply, he just does not need that long of a time to be doing increased dmg with his current passive."
