Ranked Isn't fun Anymore. Please fix

First of all. I ended up in silver 5 last year before the season ended and dont have any of the rewards. secondly, because of Riot's "soft reset" even if u win most of ur placements (80%) u get demoted (was bronze 3) and everyone in bronze is so bad u cant win games in solo queue. so now im in bronze 5 when i should be in silver 5 if not silver 4 or 3. i just cant have fun playing ranked trying to get something i should already have to being silver last season. So unfortunately, unless something gets changed, i am no longer playing ranked cause it punishes us as players for getting a certain rank by having us crawl slowly back up to the rank we got to, only to be knocked down by people who arent good and keep u stuck in elo heck (for lack of a better term). also sremove and from the game

Ranked is for people who are trying to improve and hone their skills.

placed bronze 2, made bronze 1 this morning should be silver by the weekend...its not your team friend, its you.

after you watch all those, post on the forums and recruit yourself a diamond coach

start recording your gameplay so it can be viewed by the coach and they can give you feedback

assume everything they say is right and when you disagree YOU ARE WRONG

work on every god damn thing they say one at a time and eventually you will just start winning and when you lose you will be able to recognize why.

before all that though, you are full banana tilt so i suggest a little break from play and come back when youre fresh

tbh if you were silver 5, you should be in bronze now.

silver 5 is populated by ~gold 5s and high silvers from last season at the moment.

my main account ended plat 4, and i was placed into gold 5. I played with my silver friend (a mistake) and tilted hard (playing with actual silvers and golds) and trashed my mmr. Still, low - mid gold is currently filled with high golds and now I'm climbing a bit and finally facing some plats in gold 4.

the new season basically places everyone a full league under where they were. Challengers and diamond placed plat 1. It is fucking annoying, but everyone has to deal with it. If you do actually belong in silver 5, you will be able to climb. My advice: wait a bit so the leagues equalize and the ranks are populated with players actually belonging there.

See, i have to win against plats and high golds from season 5 now to climb from gold 4, and my mmr is already trashed. It feels shitty because i duo with my gold 1 buddy and often carry those games. He gets closer to actual plat (yayy :P) while i inch my way out of low gold. Just improve your game is all i can say and wins come more frequently. And if you're not so focused on winning and gaining LP, losses don't hurt so much which in turn helps you bounce back and win tour next games

bro lol i got demoted from plat 5 to silver 4 and ur complaining being demoted 1 tier, it been a month and im gold 3 already stop with ur lame excuse for not climbing, clearly you played at bronze level in silver since majority of silver do get demoted to bronze, anyone can make to silver, a new player can win 3 games on his provis and get silver. clearly you belong in bronze if you can't climb and you claim they are bad as you claim them to be then it should be easy to climb. clearly unless you are not the "carry type" i got demoted 2 tiers i didn't get demotivated I know i have skill to climb back and look at me gold 3 already. from silver 4. be glad you didn't get a border silver border is trash.

p.S says ur silver 5 last season u were on the lowest in your tier and ur suprise u got demoted to bronze lol ok man riot those this to see if u can climb back and if u cant kudos to you

sounds like you should have been bronze last season. But yea... ranked is supposed to be competitive. If you cant compete then u will rank down. If you not having fun then get better or stop playing ranked.

Yeah I know that feel bro I was silver 5 myself last season.....and this season i ended up on bronze 4.Good thing is I somehow managed to get out of bronze and now im on my way to silver 4.Just dont give up m8 and you can get out of bronze too :)
