Riot pls

I have a really important question. Has Riot Games Balancing team ever played League of Legends? Cause based off of what I've seen from them in the past like 6 months, its clear they haven't. Don't believe me? Here's Proof:

Enough said. She has been stupidly strong for at least 4 patches now, and riot still has done nothing about it. And they clearly don't listen to us. Hey riot can we nerf Jhin please, with hail of blades and stormrazor, hes moving at nuclear speeds, to where no one can actually do anything to keep him locked down or even get close to him. Riot- Ya we got u. "nerfs" jhin by fixing hail of blades but doesn't actually fix the problem" Hey Riot can we do something about Pyke? Since hes pretty strong right now and a lot of people are abusing hi to climb. Riot Games- Ya we got u Buffs his ult dmg Hey Riot can we do something about Aatrox and Urgot? Its gotten to the point that u either have to pick or ban them cause they are very strong. Riot games- Ya we got u *buffs Aatrox and doesn't even touch Urgot. Hey Riot can we tone down Graves damage so he doesn't walk into lane and one shot me with just an auto? Riot Games- Ya we got u lowers his Base AD by 3.... [slayer-jinx-unamused] And don't get me started on Sion. HE LITERALLY DOESN'T EVEN PLAY THE GAME ANYMORE. He just runs it down top and eventually takes too long to die and takes the entire base. But Hey lets give him less hp regen so this "Int Sion" can die faster to get a bunch of damage on towers while dead. Either balance your game correctly or Fire your balancing team, cause clearly they don't know what they r doing..... Phew rant over. but seriously Riot please do something. I'll be glad to come help balance your game if you want
