Just submitted a HelpDesk Ticket about a player who ruined a match...

I just played a match where at the beginning of the game, everyone was messing around with pings, and then our top lane Renekton yelled to stop. Everyone did, except our Evelynn, who proceeded to spam the ping over and over, for the entire game. This made our Renekton decide to tilt, feed on purpose, and reveal her location in the jungle for the entire game. I have been on a winning streak, and was on the verge of winning this one, until our Renekton tilted and ruined it. It made me so angry I wrote a ticket to HelpDesk. I haven't had a player in ranked troll so hard like that since season 1, and maybe I'm lucky in that regard, but I've never been so frustrated. I pasted the body of the email I sent to Riot below. Let me know your experiences with this kind of thing..

I recently played a ranked solo queue match with [name removed], a Renekton player on July 24th around 3 pm EST. He completely ruined the game by spamming in all chat the location of our jungling Evelynn, while feeding on purpose his lane. Evelynn was not innocent, and she was spamming pings over and over to annoy him, and spammed pings for the entire match. We had no way to mute the pings, which was pretty annoying in itself. But Renekton was the one who actively ruined the match. I am working very hard on raising my ELO and being a positive influence in my games, and after repeatedly asking him to stop feeding and revealing Evelynn's location, he refused to listen, and proceeded to ruin a game that I and our bot lane Ezrael were carrying.
I have not played with another player so frustrating since season 1 before the Tribunal existed, and watching a player completely ruin a Gold Ranked game for no reason made me so furious. Please monitor his account, as I'm sure he has ruined countless other ranked matches for your other positive, hard-working Summoners.

It happens all of the time, maybe not to that level, but i regularly get players who will spitefully try to ruin the game for their own team. as in:

"mid didnt listen to my ping, so he doesnt get blue now" "oh you didnt wanna help when i needed it, so now i wont help you" "oh you told me this wasnt a top tier jungler in champ select? enjoy zero ganks this game"

And on and on the list goes. It's every game, but the only thing Riot cares about or does anything about is what you say to those players.

The situations you stated, sure those are common, almost every other game.

But to have two players who are so devoted to trolling that they literally ping the entire 30 minutes without cease, and type the jungler's location in all chat every 30 sec for 30 minutes without cease.. it's like.. really????

So basically you did something that had only one possible outcome: giving everyone a headache. When someone, inevitably, got a headache from it and, annoyed, told you to stop... one person on your team kept doing it, making life worse for that person still. At this point, the guy probably had a migraine and was seeing red... so he overreacted and threw the game...

and rather than simply reporting him, you decided to make a support ticket over it, when your entire team is to blame for the situation.

Perhaps this will teach you a lesson that things like spam laugh and spam ping hurt your team.

Your entire team is guilty of this situation coming to pass in the first place... five wrongs don't make a right.

Pinging 4 times in the beginning =/= Spamming literally thousands of times over the course of a 35 minute game.
