Champion Ability Notecards

One of the most difficult aspects of getting into League of Legends is simply learning what all the champions do. For my part, I've been playing since mid-October and went months without realizing, for example, that Nasus has innate lifesteal (no wonder I can't poke him out of lane!) and or that those swirls around Sona mean her next attack is going to do bonus damage. To help me to learn champions' abilities, I've created a set of (virtual) notecards on quizlet.com with the champions' abilities on the "front side," and descriptions of the abilities on the "back side."

These notecards can be accessed via a mobile app, allowing spare moments (e.g., riding a bus, using the toilet) to be used to reinforce knowledge of what champions do. I've listed them in reverse alphabetical order because I found that I was more familiar with the champions at the beginning of the alphabet based on my previous study, but quizlet also includes a shuffle mode. At present, I've just copied the ability descriptions (without cooldowns, mana costs, damage, etc.) from the League of Legends wiki. Some descriptions are very long--and it may be best to condense some of them eventually--but even that much took me several hours, so I'm not eager to go about cleaning them up unless they become more popular than I expect.

Anyway, I wanted to make this post to let people know about this resource. If they prove popular enough, I'll put in the work to ensure that they stay up-to-date with patches and such.
