Are we getting a Lucian Rework soon?

Well, all considered, he's one of the newer 25 champions.... so in retrospect... someone like Yorick, Poppy, or Taric deserves one first... The only reason they remade sion, skarner, morde, etc. is because they were all GOD AWFUL to play. Yorick has a decent winrate but a horrible design. If he is put in the right hands, you can decimate a team.
We are technically getting a lucian rework soon. they are going to do the marksman items and a few marksmen in the preseason patch so he'll end up getting better, or other marksmen brought in line and him more unique than just, graves with light.
