I feel like we are going to get a new champion with the skins

Eh. Not so sure. With the exception of the Bilgewater event (which wasn't even technically a new champion but a rework) I can't say I ever remember a new champion coming out with a bunch of skins. Didn't people think omega squad teemo might be accompanied by a new champion?
