This game was sad. Started off 2-0 within about 3 mins snowballing hard. Counter jungle and killed there jungler in his jungle and stuff

Dude no. You are in platinum V! Elo hell is when you are stuck rising up and falling back down in bronze ranks from bronze V to bronze 1 and dropping back down again. I've been in this hell for 3 years now and only barely managed to get almost to silver V until Riot reset the ranks way back when and I had to start all over again. I'm still trying to get out. T . T
