The Leveling Experience Is Still Pretty Bad

I finally broke down and wanted to try out actually leveling a new account (I've never gotten past like 4 helping friends). I am about 15 on a new alt, and holy heck.

• Even with the lowered xp need, the grind is still pretty silly.
• The runes help a lot being cheaper, so that's actually a POSITIVE
• I've never seen so many bots. Every 10 games (TT this weekend Plus ARAM games) there are at least 4 bots (not counting enemy team)

Just trying to get quick ARAM matches and I've yet to have an ARAM match without a bot. Not a single one that didn't have a bot somehow. Thought this got fixed? Much less on TT but I've still seen about 3 in maybe 7-8 games. Leveling is still sadly, as bad as I remember it being. I of course haven't seen what things are like in the new client, but with no proper IN GAME tutorial, bots a plenty (SR wasn't bot free by any means), and it is such a grind...but it needs some serious serious improvements.
