taric stun + cdr on autos after abilities = D:
but... no one has a 1 sec CD snare...
Bard's stun on Q when it hits a wall is longer than the cooldown of the spell.
That said, I still don't have much luck with him there.
lol the panth stun in urf is real, he can sit under tower spamming w for quite some time
