I'm unsure what to call it exactly, but I'm working on a project and would like to use Riot Games logo, as well as the League of Legends Logo. If a rioters is around and able to tell me if it's fine, please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you.

You can basically use anything EXCEPT the logo
Having their logo on it means that they endorse whatever you're working on. Even a site like lolking doesn't have the logo anywhere.
if you really care enough about it then i suggest submitting a support ticket and describing what exactly you're doing, however it's doubtful they will let you use their logo, even community hosted league tournaments aren't allowed to use it.
