so with the new skins and everything out i had a thought "it really sucks being 10 rp short geuss i gotta put 5 bucks in", plus the graphic glitch where it shows you have a neg balance when you don't happened to me. what if riot allows us to go neg in points but you can't buy anything until you pay it off? like say you had 970 rp bought a skin that's 975 then you go -5 the -5 would be taken from your next rp purchase in the mean time no new champs runes or anything until that's paid. want spirit guard udyr? alright but until you pay us the 35 bucks for it you get nothing but this skin until then. my thought might be stupid but i know we've been there and i don't think it could harm riot since they get money from us buying rp not other purchases

If you're really close, Riot Support may actually give you some so that you don't have to buy extra for a small amount. They really like when you send them League art with the request (like a poem, sketch etc.).
