Because most people are 99% sure they're not actually going to sell the skin.
My guess is it's going to be a free skin given to the players, or one of those hextech crafted skins like the annie.

chances are it'll be a addition to regular draven for a patch or two. it doesn't have a price and it's just a giant head on default draven look at the body. also a wip doesn't apply slayer jinx was hella wip until the final week before release and as we saw with lunar morgana prices can change draven draven has no price nothing special to note other than a scale model of his inflated head
