about old champion voices

I haven't been playing long enough to know most of the old champions before their voices changed, but I remember Anivia's old voice (the first change) and I kind of miss it

I had the idea that Riot could make the old voice files available as a selectable option

people could use the old VO for Janna or Nasus as an example
