@Riot, I stand with You

It seems like EVERYONE has something to complain to Riot about. Plants, dynamic queue, solo queue, "broken" champions, etc. I am not going to say Riot has always made the right decision. I recognize they have done some stupid failures in the past. However, what I am going to say is in spite of it all, I still support Riot. There are 2 main reasons why.

1. If you take a second to think about it, Riot does SOOOOOOOOOOOOO much right. The map, beautiful. Out of 133 champions, only a small handful are actually a problem. And even the "problem" champions can always be shut down or countered if played against correctly. Items, sure there are a few that are too strong and some that are forgotten, but out of all the items only what, 9 or 10 are complained about max? In short, Riot does so many things right and well and we take those things for granted. I think it's high time someone made a thank you post not a f**k you post.

2. Riot is taking the right steps and going back on things that didn't work. Dynamic queue, the squeaky wheel gets the grease because dynamic queue is gone soon. Riot does listen to it's players and will go back on things that you guys say don't work. Everyone makes stupid decisions, Riot has for sure. But they seem to have always fixed them. (Just because it's not fixed in a day doesn't mean they aren't working on it) Also, look at things like Nexus. Riot is making such a commendable effort to keep the players in the loop and explain their reasoning. I don't know about you guys, but there aren't that many companies that do that. Sure, gaming companies do this more often but again, are we taking that for granted? Riot wants their opinions and reasons to be heard, then they want to hear yours. That seems fine by me.

There are so many more reasons why I stand with Riot, but ultimately it comes down to trust. I trust that Riot is doing the best they can. I trust that Riot is putting the players first and foremost with EVERY decision they make. I trust that Riot has a plan for everything that they do and although it might seem crazy now, it'll all fit in later.

Lastly, I want to thank riot for all the time and effort and dedication they put into this game. I know it's not easy when half of the players are screaming at you to make this change, and the other half is screaming the opposite. Thank you so much for doing the best you can in everything and making such a great game. Thank you Riot and I know I speak for millions of players when I say I stand with you and keep up the good work!
