I would really like gifting champions with IP to be a permanent thing

Leveling up a second account to practice crap on without damaging my main rank, it would be nice to use my spare IP to give my second account a bunch of my favorite champions so leveling it isnt hell

They would lose a ton of money from big streamers or lcs players who have like 500k ip They spend money to get the champs they need Also makes new players who have friends end up having too much choice and not learn how to play a role with a basic champ
