Trying to decide on my next champion. Lulu or Viktor?

I don't know much about lulu

But for midlane strength, my god Viktor is good

He has the tools in his kit to deal with a lot

His Q deals damage and gives him a shield, and once upgraded (should be 2nd) you have a pretty good escape

His W, good for locking down people who want to jump on you, and helping you escape upgraded (I do it 3rd), you can lock down the entire enemy team if you are lucky.

His E is good for poking and securing kills, the upgrade (1st) only amplifies the amount of damage.

Finally his ult, once all 3 normal abilities are upgraded its faster. You can control in manually, but best you have it target the squishy on their team, the only real way they can get away is burning flash or some champions dashes.
