To All Rioters, what does Riot look for when hiring people?

So I'm currently going through college with a double major in psychology and history. Will be a fair amount of time until I'm finished, but I'm curious as to what makes Riot Games tick so to speak. What do you all look for when adding people to the team? I did some reading on the website and have a general idea that you want people who are progressive and aren't afraid to challenge the status quo, which is awesome. But beyond that, what makes someone "Riot". Because in my experience with companies (the well ran ones at least), while they hire with a ton of diversity, there are core attributes and characteristics you can see in all of their employees that are fundamental to those people standing out as what they want. For example, when I got hired by Apple a few years back, when I started working I realized all of us shared strong enthusiasm and were outgoing. Any of you can answer from any department because this is more of a curiosity than an immediate "im going to apply right now" kind of thing. What kind of credentials do you think are key in standing out?

Thanks in advance if any of you reply <3

Pretty sure there's a description/criteria available on their job board.
