How old do we think Ekko is
I know he's described as a boy in his lore but based on their connection I assumed he was around the same age as Vi and I figured shed was early 20ish.

Ekko Is millions of years old from his perspective, but only about 16ish to everyone else.
Yeah I'd say he's like 16, but could seriously be so old it's hard to count cause of time travel XD
He's supposed to be 16-17 years old, accelerated by the time he keeps going backwards through.
