Please Disable and Fix Azir Ultimate Bug

This is honestly a huge shock, its been like this for several days and 0 word from the devs about this issue. If the new forums is going to give this kind of response then why shouldn't any expect that from now on this game will just be a buggy mess with no reliable way to report bugs.
