Rune concept for supports

With the new updated runes it would be cool if we could get supports off welfare without having other roles abuse their items. So what if we had a rune that raised your passive gold income while lowering the amount of gold you got from creeps? This way other roles couldn't use this rune without negative affects, but it would still have a meaningful impact on gold for supports.
