Customer X Player
Who has more rights? A customer or a player.
Almost everywhere I am called a customer, I am treated with respect.
Can we say the same about players? Are players treated with respect?
How I define respect? I can obtain refund as many times as I want, as long as I am not abusing their policy. If I have good faith on my side, I can reach anyone on the company and obtain a reply. Some companies reply "EVERY" customer. Trust me, it isn't as impossible as it seems. It is all about respect for EACH SINGLE customer. Also, I can express my emotions without having to tone it down, because all workers are trained to deal with customers.
