Ok. It is patient. It takes more than 2 games to give someone that warning. I was chat restricted today. I had to see it for myself. No one can ever complain again about this algorithm. Only VERY toxic behavior will fall into it.
What leads to it? Excessive swearing?

Is the exact problem with it, only VERY toxic behavior will fall into it, or very toxic for x amount of games in a row. People who are toxic and extremely toxic in 1 game are NOT punished. and that's a massive issue.
I have super toxic people in my games every. Single. Day. And I have only ever had one notification that says my tribunal case worked.
Today I got my first chat ban because I defended myself in a few of those games where super toxic people were constantly attacking everyone. I don't think it's fair and maybe I shouldn't buy RP anymore... I get chat banned for defending myself but people say racial slurs and other horrible things in game and they get to walk away? I'm upset with that system.
It isn't fair when I'm in champion select and I call "mid" just for me to get spontaneously chat restricted for a full minute so I don't get my role...
