Eh, I guess that's not too bad of a drop. Didn't realize he was slightly exaggerating. But still, 9-1 is pretty solid; I half assed my promos last season (not even close to 9-1) and went from gold 1 or 2 to about gold 4 or 5. That was last season though, so yeah.

Honestly I haven't played ranked at all (this is my only account) only because I feel like I personally am not up to snuff so to say, though I have been playing for about 2 years now (joined on patch 5.6ish). I've just asked around and figured out how some things work. Though I will probably be playing ranked this season. Mostly to improve myself more than anything. If I'm Bronze, I'll be Bronze and do my best to improve. If I get Silver... I think you get the idea. It can give me a base line on what and where to improve my personal skills.

Though I will say this: If I get Gold I will be shocked. I doubt I'm that good yet.

I won 6/10 and went from P4 98LP to S1. Last season I went from G5 to B2. 7 tier drop two years in a row. I can't even imagine how thrilled I would be to have only dropped two tiers.
