Sona's Q - Hymn of Valor triggers a global lag to all summoners

When Sona's Q hit the enemy for the first time, everyone in the match will lag for a split of second.

How to Reproduce the error:

1 - Pick Sona 2 - Select Q as your spell 3 - Activate Q when near an enemy champion.

The issue will only happen during the first time Q is used and hit an enemy champion. It won't happen again during the same match.

Remember: You must be close to an enemy champion. If you just stand at the fountain and keep pressing Q, the bug won't trigger.
