Sona's Q - Hymn of Valor triggers a global lag to all summoners

When Sona's Q hit the enemy for the first time, everyone in the match will lag for a split of second.

How to Reproduce the error:

1 - Pick Sona 2 - Select Q as your spell 3 - Activate Q when near an enemy champion.

The issue will only happen during the first time Q is used and hit an enemy champion. It won't happen again during the same match.

Remember: You must be close to an enemy champion. If you just stand at the fountain and keep pressing Q, the bug won't trigger.

Actually I have played sona and Im pretty sure it happened while leashing as well, which is obviously preferable to lagging in lane (due to my potato it is more like a full second of frozen screen)

That is interesting. Thanks for the info, now I have a way to get rid of the bug before get to lane. Every time I trigger the bug, it disrupts my team mates plus my opponents so I need to find ways to avoid it.

This issue has been going on for a while now. What happens the first q that Sona casts in the game that GOES TO AN ENEMY causes a brief global screen freeze. If the q is cast with nothing to damage then the effect does not occur. This issue is more of an annoyance than it is game-changing but is something riot should fix nonetheless
