can enemies destroy Bards charms?

If there is a Bard on both teams, can the chimes be picked up by both or can certain charms only be picked up by one Bard?

Does Bards E protect against skillshots (So like could a Jinx ult kill somebody while the other person is in the tunnel)?

Can 2 Bards make a both ways tunnel on the same wall?

Can a Bard Ult freeze champions in his tunnels?

  2. Only Bard can pick up HIS OWN charms (and they cannot be destroyed)
