Do you just keep them short and simple or what?

I think the names become memorable AFTER they become popular. You get used to hearing them. I only heard of 3 of the people you listed but I'm not as into League celebrities as much as you.
I'd just recommend you just pick something you like (since you probably won't want to change it once you gain a following).
If your stream is worth-while, people will remember you.

I mean, most advise you keep a name short and to the point; something easily memorable/spell-able while being unique.
The main name I find interesting is the background being BoxBox, who got his name from having two symbols in the LoL client that don't properly show, so it shows two boxes instead of the symbols.
