Season 5 Time Capsule

Dear friends,

I say friends because anyone that shares my passion for League of Legends and eSports I would gladly call my friend. But that's getting off track. I write this thread today because we are nearing the end of Season 5. Worlds is just around the corner and my pick 'em doesn't contain John Cena... But all that aside I feel it's time to create a time capsule post and/or a reflective post on the season past.

So friends. I ask that you write a short passage describing what you a moment about the season past. You could describe your single greatest moment during this last season. Your greatest victory. Your most humble defeat. You could write an appreciation post of great friend or person who has shown outstanding sportsmanship consistently. You could simply write your favourite champ. Write something. Anything.

This thread should serve as a Season 5 memorial. Players should be able to come back here and read all the great things that have happened during this past season. Players should be able to read this in a years time and see how far we have come as a community.

My Entry:

_I would like to use this thread to honour Riot Maraudaur. Maraudaur has continually engaged with the Oceanic community since it's birth and has assisted players in their hour of need. Maraudaur serves as an example of not just a fine person but a fine League of Legends players. When players post threads of hate and rage I often refer back to Maraudaur. Whenever Maraudaur is in a pickle like being demoted from Diamond to Platinum. He doesn't blame his teammates for trolling. He doesn't blame the enemy for their cheese. He takes the time to reflect on his own game play and his own mistakes and look at ways to avoid repeating them and look at areas where he can improve. _
