Does anybody elses client lag hard?
My client lags pretty lag from time to time, but it seems like i have normal/close to normal ping in game. anybody else have this happen?

My client has been lagging since a month or two ago, maybe longer. Once I get into champ select my client goes black and stays that way for about 5 seconds. When I log in my client screen also goes black for longer than it used too. Chat in lobby and champ select has been more laggy too and takes forever to show what I typed. Chat in game has always been a bit laggy but sometimes it's worse than other times. This all could be because my internet or the server move. Though my client was fine a while back, then got laggy, and then the server move happened and it's still a bit laggy. I don't know what might cause this hopefully it can be fixed though.
