You've gone Too Far with The Murder Emporer

I wouldn't say I've been QUIET about the rework, but I certainly(T) haven't made a post a day about why the new mordekaiser is failing as a champion. Okay, okay. So the rework wasn't really as good as the original. But he's more like a sequel, no one really watches them for the movie, they watch them because the first one was so good. But let me tell you where you went wrong:

The new abilities are:

Q - A three shot, single-person nuke, that no one asked for, because the only outplay it leaves is "Oh shit, if I don't flash before the third Q, I'm dead".

W - A really shitty version of his old W, with an extremely unhealthy passive, that isn't only overpowered as hell, but also forces him to go bot lane.

E - Adding AD ratios? Just so that you can reinforce the "Build ad, 1-shot carries" build? Shame, Riot... shame.

R - Now that you're building AD, you have no need to have ANY AP (except form triforce), so this will be a useless ability. Better give you a pet dragon, for no fucking reason, other than "Gimmicks make champs fun". They don't. Get over yourselves.

Then the visual updates. Oh god, the updates.

I get it, make him look less outdated. But do that by TOUCHING UP ON THE ABILITIES THAT WE MORDE MAINS KNEW AND LOVED. Now, his W feels more like a forcefield than a giant wall of floating metal around him, and it sort of resembles being inside a little bubble . And his E doesn't feel like it does anything anymore. When I used to see those maces go up in a 1v3, I got excited - they looked powerful. Sure, maybe a tad outdated. But powerful. It sort of feels like I'm a 0/21/4 Janna now, blowing on you for $2.95 a minute. It looks like red/blue AIR, rising because it's a sunny day outside. I don't even really use it, because it makes no difference if I can 1-shot enemies with my Q. Maybe if it looked like a badass skill, I would be more intrigued to use it, but at the moment, I could care less.

And now, after messing with his abilities, messing with his hella-fine look, and messing with every morde main who thought these were all just practical jokes, you do THIS!?

*You, Riot, have taken my FAVOURITE CHAMPION, and made him into a sell out. He is no longer the fun-to-play "Master of Metal". Now he's the banned-every-game, cheesy-ez lane "Lord of Death". Pentakill isn't going to take him back, he just a washed-up old gimmick-prince, who sold out just because he wanted a dragon and some special effects. Morde and I, on the first day I played him, vowed: *

"IN SICKNESS AND IN HEALTH, UNTIL DEATH DO US PART, WE WILL BE TOGETHER."

Well Riot, it's official. Death did us part, and it was you who murdered the Murder Emperor.

I must finally ask you this:

In your time here at Riot, I venture few reworks have been THIS appalling to the community. Few have had this much an uprising. So why don't you just admit that something didn't go as planned, and just try some new stuff out, or revert it entirely? Out of respect, I would rather he be a project burned-to-the-ground than in a state like this. Why can't you listen to EVERYONE? 1 in maybe 8640 people actually Like the rework. You gave it your best shot, you tried, we commend you.

But I think it's high time you started listening to the people who play your game, because without us, you don't have much of a game.
