can we have an option to turn off the eerie dissonance that plays when you are declaring champs?
I dont like it. It doesnt click with me and i would like to have the option to turn it off! Thank you, Riot!

if you mean the background music stuff i think you can in the client settings. near your profile button and shop button click the little gear. i think it turns off all music/sfx in champ select though, you cant pick/choose what does and doesnt get turned off.
